At Genitronics, we are committed to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices at the Genitronics web site.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY COLLECTED INFORMATION DISCLOSED, OR SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY.

The Genitronics site uses an Opt-In (Submit Voluntarily) form to collect contact information such as email addresses from our visitors. We use the contact information to keep in touch with our visitors and clients from time to time, in the form of a newsletter, e-mail update messages, and e-mail promotional mailings. Our subscribers have the choice to Opt-Out of our list at any time convenient to them.

Terms and Conditions, Warranty and Return Policy

The following terms and conditions will apply to all sales of goods and services provided by GeniTronics. "The Conditions" will govern all contracts for sales and services that we, GeniTronics "The Seller", enter into with you "The Buyer", to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

We will treat each order for goods and services as an offer to purchase the goods and services subject to these conditions. You are deemed to accept the conditions when you place an order for goods and services with us.

1. All quotations and price lists distributed by the seller are merely for information purposes only, and may not be enforced in the court of law. Prices are exclusive of VAT for the EU and also Recupel for Belgium.

2. The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received by GeniTronics. Cheques must be fully cleared by GeniTronics.

3. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by GeniTronics.

4. In case of cancellation, both entirely and partially, after a contract has been established either verbally or in writing, the seller has the right to fixed damages determined at 15% of the basis of assessment of the order and a minimum amount of €150.00.

5. Non-payment on the payment date gives the seller the right to interest on the amount not paid without notice. The interest rate used is determined on the basis of the interest rate applied for obtaining an immediate cash-credit to the amount of the outstanding invoice, normally at a rate of 12% per annum.

6. As from the first reminder leading to the eventual payment of the goods and services, the seller has the right either to stop any future deliveries to the buyer without notice or limit the quantity of future deliveries at his own discretion. After the reminder, the seller is entitled to payment of damages due to increased administrative costs. The increased administrative costs are determined at 12% of the invoice amount with a minimum of €50. Invoice with an amount over €5000.00 will incur a set fee of €800.00. 7. The delivery term and place are determined for each article separately upon sale. The delivery term given is approximate, unless agreed otherwise in writing. In case the delivery term is not given, it is undetermined, in which case un-timeliness cannot be called upon.

8. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the transfer of risks of damage or loss of the merchandise takes place when the merchandise leaves the seller’s premises. GeniTronics cannot be responsible or liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

9. With regard to an agreed term of delivery, the following is considered force majeure and justifies the non-compliance with a stipulated term of delivery:
- The non-acceptance by the buyer when the goods and services are offered by the seller.
- The non-compliance by the buyer of the agreed terms of payment.
- Strikes at the companies of manufacturers and suppliers.

10. The seller does not offer any warranty other than the one imposed by the manufacturer to the seller. In any case, the guarantee is limited to replacement or repair of the defective merchandise.
Only goods purchased from the buyer can be returned. Verification is based upon invoice number and date.

11. Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with goods provided by GeniTronics.

12. Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, or any acts of God.

13. In case of visual merchandise defects, the seller must be informed and the merchandise returned to the seller within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only goods in their original condition and without damages to the box will be accepted for return. Returns can only take place after mutual consultation and after receipt of the written permission of the seller. The permission to return never implies the recognition or acceptance of liability.

14. The seller can by no means be held liable for damages resulting from shock, disturbances on feeders due to chemical or electrochemical influences. Attempted repairs, alterations, and intervention executed by persons unknown or not expressly authorised by the seller will result in the cancellation of the guarantee.

15. Any goods returned to GeniTronics for repair found to be free of faults or goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use are not covered by Warranty. The buyer shall be liable for a handling and service fixed fee of €50.00 (VAT exclusive) plus €50.00 per hour (VAT exclusive) as well as component and shipping costs where applicable.

16. Transportation cost for returning the merchandise will be at the expense of the buyer.
